Delves Keep is a phase of the Wychwood Park development for Countryside Properties. This project is designed to have a rural theme with large plots enjoying extensive views across the golf course. It consists of 34 detached properties arranged around a series of greens.
There are a large number of bespoke designs and numerous variants including several themed designs including the ‘Schoolhouse’, ‘Eyebrow Cottage’, the ‘Cornerhouse’ and some designs that emulate traditional agricultural building and barns.
