This extension consists of a new lounge with sloping ceilings and an enlarged kitchen / breakfast room. The purpose of the extensions was to improve the appeal of the property within the high-end corporate lettings market. The scheme is within a conservation area and the extensions were designed to blend seamlessly with the original house.
