This development consists of eight 2 Bed Apartments, and two Penthouses with underground parking. The scheme had to respect the predominately 2 storey housing in the neighbourhood and consequently roof lines were kept low.
The scheme had an innovative internal plan with large central living room and a balcony accessible from all habitable rooms. The Penthouses have an extensive rooftop terrace accessed via an electrically operated sliding canopy.
